Privacy without a panic.

We collect the minimum needed to run and improve the product. The public dashboard requires no account and uses no advertising trackers.

Information we collect

If you join the founding list, we store your email address, the product option and services you selected, first-touch campaign labels, timestamps, and—if you subscribe—your plan, billing status and monthly price. We do not store card details. We also keep aggregate daily counts for page views, calls to action and signups. These product measurements do not use cookies, persistent device identifiers or advertising IDs. Standard short-lived infrastructure logs may include an IP address, user agent and requested path for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your email to provide beta access, product updates and outage-alert features you request. We use aggregate counts to understand whether the product is useful. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Founding-list information is retained while the beta is active or until you ask us to delete it. Operational status history is retained for up to 90 days in the initial service. Email privacy@internetpanicindex.com to access or delete your information.

Processors and transfers

The service runs on Google Cloud infrastructure. When commercial delivery is enabled, Stripe processes checkout and payment details and Resend processes transactional email. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms and may process it in the United States or other regions where they operate.
