Informational service

The index, incident summaries and alerts are informational. They are not a service-level guarantee, emergency alert system, investment advice or substitute for your own monitoring and incident-response process.

Third-party data

Status information comes from third-party, vendor-controlled sources. We do not control its accuracy, timing or availability. Vendor names and marks belong to their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Availability

The beta may change, pause or end without notice. We aim for accuracy and continuity but provide the service “as is” without warranties to the extent allowed by law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown during checkout until canceled. You can stop future renewals using the billing instructions provided after purchase or by emailing billing@internetpanicindex.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or use the product unlawfully. Automated access may be rate-limited.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Panic Index is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of—or reliance on—the service.
